Terms of Service
Effective September 19, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Soundoper website, downloading the software, using the trial, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.
2. Soundoper software
Soundoper is a Windows 11 desktop application for routing one audio stream to multiple connected playback devices. The software may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time, and compatibility may vary as Windows and device drivers change.
3. Free trial
Soundoper includes a seven-day trial with access to the product's trial features. The trial is intended for evaluation. Trial availability may be limited to prevent repeated abuse on the same installation or device.
4. Paid license
Soundoper Pro is offered as a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. A paid license is not a subscription and does not create recurring charges. The license allows you to use the software according to the Software License Agreement.
5. Purchases and taxes
Website purchases may be processed by a third-party payment and merchant-of-record provider. The checkout will display the applicable purchase details, currency, taxes, and payment terms before you complete an order.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Soundoper or the website to violate law, bypass licensing controls, distribute unauthorized license keys, reverse engineer or tamper with license validation, interfere with the service, or introduce malicious code or traffic.
7. Intellectual property
Soundoper, its software, branding, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Soundoper and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Availability and warranties
The website and software are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware or driver configuration. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soundoper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Soundoper license during the applicable period, subject to mandatory law.
10. Suspension or termination
We may suspend access to online services or deactivate a license when required to address fraud, abuse, security issues, or a material breach of these Terms. This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when our product, business, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated for material revisions. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
